How to load presets in Line 6 Helix Native
Back up first, then load your SoundShop presets in Line 6 Helix Native with the steps below.

GET HELIX NATIVE
Helix Native is Line 6's Helix plugin for your DAW. Sign in with a free Line 6 account and download the installer from the Line 6 Software page below. Pick Helix Native, not Helix Stadium Native. Insert it on a track, then buy a license or start the free trial.
Add paragraph text. Click “Edit Text” to update the font, size and more. To change and reuse text themes, go to Site Styles.
BACK UP FIRST
Click the gear icon in the lower left, select the Presets/IRs tab and click Export Bundle to save your whole preset library. In HX Stomp mode, click Export Setlist in the Presets panel instead.

LOAD YOUR PRESETS
Unzip your download. Skip any __MACOSX folder and files starting with ._ (Mac leftovers). In the Presets panel, select a slot you do not need, click Import and pick a .hlx file from the Presets folder, or drag the file onto a slot. HX Stomp presets? If asked, switch to the matching HC mode.

TEST OUT YOUR NEW PRESETS
Double-click the preset to load it. Pick a snapshot from the Snapshots menu at the top of the plugin. Share a clip? Tag the artist!
Troubleshooting
In the plugin, hardware inputs and outputs switch to Host, and footswitch and expression pedal assignments do nothing. Snapshots and MIDI assignments still work.
Import error? Presets made on newer versions will not load on older ones, so update Helix Native.
IR alert? Import the IRs your pack's manual names in the IRs panel.
