Terms and Service Agreement​

This Terms and Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Customer”) and SoundShop LLC (“Seller”), the owner of the website www.soundshop.co (“Website”), regarding the purchase of our products (“Product”) available on the Website. By purchasing any Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

 

1. Ownership of Products

The Seller owns all rights, title and interest in and to the Products. All Products are licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this Agreement.

a. You agree to pay the listed price for the Product on the Website;

b. All payments are final and non-refundable;

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

a. The Products are provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose;

b. The Seller does not warrant that the Products will meet your requirements, that the Products will be error-free, or that the operation of the Products will be uninterrupted or free from defects.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

a. The Seller shall not be liable to you or any other party for any damages arising out of the use of the Products, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or any incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages;

b. In no event shall the Seller’s liability exceed the purchase price of the Products.

 

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Seller from and against any claims, damages, expenses, or other liabilities arising out of your use of the Products or your breach of this Agreement.

 

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country where the Seller is located.

 

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Seller with respect to the Products and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

 

9. Modifications to Agreement

The Seller reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
