The SoundShop Loyalty Program rewards you with ToneTokens every time you shop with us. For every 100 points you earn, you'll get $1 USD in savings on your next purchase. You can earn points by signing up for an account, making purchases, and even celebrating your birthday with us! Keep an eye out for special promotions to earn even more points.

Simply log into your account and head to the "Rewards" section. There, you'll find your current VIP Status Tier and see how many ToneTokens you've collected so far.

Yes, your ToneTokens will expire after a year of inactivity. But don't worry—we'll send you a friendly reminder a couple of weeks before they expire, so you can treat yourself to something special.

Absolutely! You can combine your ToneTokens with any ongoing promotions or coupon codes to maximize your savings and get the most out of your shopping experience.

Like many loyalty programs, our VIP tiers (Member, Silver Member, Gold Member, or Diamond Member) reset at the end of each year.

Not at all! If you already have an account with us, you're automatically enrolled and ready to start earning ToneTokens right away.
