How to load presets on the Line 6 HX One
Back up first, then load your SoundShop presets on the Line 6 HX One with the steps below.

GET THE FREE LINE 6 APPS
HX One uses HX One Librarian, not HX Edit. From the Line 6 Software page below, download it and Line 6 Central, which updates the firmware (free Line 6 account needed).

BACK UP, THEN UPDATE
Connect HX One by USB-C, not through a hub. In HX One Librarian, click BACKUP at the bottom, then Save. Install the latest firmware with Line 6 Central. Line 6 then asks for a factory reset: hold the EFFECT knob and HOME button while plugging in power. That erases your presets, so click RESTORE, pick your backup and click Open.

LOAD YOUR PRESETS
In HX One Librarian, click the preset you want to replace, then click IMPORT and choose a .hx1p file from the Presets folder of your download. Confirm the overwrite. Repeat for each preset. Your backup keeps the old ones safe.

TEST OUT YOUR NEW PRESETS
Press ON and TAP | FLUX together to open the Preset List. Turn the EFFECT knob to pick a preset and play. Share a clip? Tag the artist!
Troubleshooting
HX One presets only work on HX One. They will not load in HX Edit, Helix or HX Stomp.
Import failed? Update the firmware with Line 6 Central and try again.
Update stuck or pedal not found? Unplug MIDI cables, use a USB-C cable 2 meters or shorter, and keep your laptop on power.
