MercuryX Presets Vol 1 by Michael Pope
MercuryX Presets Vol 1 is Michael Pope’s Sunday morning reverb setup for the Meris MercuryX. Michael, also known as Saint Pope, is guitarist for TAYA and spent years touring and recording with Bethel Music. This first volume holds 33 presets he put together specifically for worship musicians.
It includes all of his main Sunday morning reverbs, plus additional reverb and ambient tones that fit naturally into a church setting. These are MercuryX presets Michael uses himself when he plays live and in the studio, so you start from the same place he does.
If you play in church every week and want your MercuryX ready for the set, this collection was made with you in mind. Every preset is a starting point: tweak it for your guitar, your amp and your room.
Reviews
These presets are truly fantastic. They are definitely well suited for those of us who play regularly in churches, book it easily be employed for modern pop and alternative scenes too.
My favorite thing about them is that none of the presets are too wild, but you will be able to take your mercury X up a notch with these. You’ll find everything from discreet “always on“ type reverbs, Shimmers,m, all the way over to ambient pads with a freeze function.
Don’t sleep on these! soundshop.co rules!
