L Pad 1
A mellow yet engaging foundational pad layer. Mod adds highs.
L Pad 2
A more engaging and present foundational pad layer. Mod adds highs.
M Pad
A mid-focused pad layer that adds substance to the soundscape. Mod wheel morphs/opens up the sound a bit.
Poly Layer
A polysynth layer I use to add interest and variation as a song or set progresses. Capable of moderate enhancement with the Mod low, and a crystalline lift when the Mod is high.
H Pad
My highest pad layer, useful for when you want everything to open up on that last chorus. Mod opens the sound way up.
Rev Pno
A texture layer for soundscaping, great for generating mid-high frequency interest without being obtrusive and distracting. Mod controls the volume of the evolving reverse piano layer.
Hybrid Layer
A metallic synth texture for bigger moments or swells. Mod controls harmonics/brightness.
Mello Strings
A fast-attack Mello Strings layer to add lo-fi midrange weight without too much brightness. Mod adds intensity.
Mello Flute Shimmer
Mello flutes when the Mod is down, shimmer when the Mod is up. Evolves well as you add intensity throughout a song.
Mello Choir
Versatile blend of Mello Strings and choir. Pretty filled out in the lows when Mod is down, midrange focus when the Mod is higher.
Sub
I feather in this layer when the bass player isn’t playing. I really like how it subtly fills out the subs in the room. Disabled the Mod for this one.
Synth String
Quick-responding string layer to add evocative weight to a soundscape. Mod adds brightness. When I’m doing background soundscaping through a big reverb, I don’t love string patches that take almost a full second to be heard. This one responds quickly, but feel free to adjust the Attack if that bothers you.
Big Synth
I really like this big poly for open chords with LH bass, or closer percussive chords in the upper range. Mod adds brightness to the sustained sound.
Big Synth 2
Be careful with this one. A lot of sensitivity on the Mod, particularly on the very bottom of the range. The Mod brings this poly from a dark verse layer to a massive anthemic synth. Useful for sweeps too.
PWM Poly
This PWM-type poly has a fun sweep on the Mod, with a thick bass presence. I like big two-handed chords on this one with the Mod up high.
Stab Lead
This is my favorite stab poly lead, particularly useful for one particular Y&F song that may or may not feature Lecrae. Mod adds subtle lift on the sustains.
Supersaw
If a song needs more deep energy, I’ll grab this sound and dial in the harmonics with the Mod. Particularly useful in the lower end.
Bass Pluck
I like to have this sound on hand in case I have a staccato bassline to play myself or double with the bass player. It’s percussive without a lot of muddy decay so it gets out of the way quickly.
Reviews
I got this bundle, and I must say, I'm absolutely loving every sound and how they can work together or stand alone. Besides helping you level up your live game as a worship keys player (which this bundle is PERFECTLY designed for), it's a great way to have on hand those essential keyboard sounds for any live or recording situation. Needless to say, this is a bundle that I'll definitely use in many projects and live setups in the future.
