All Products are licensed, not sold.

2. Reservation of Rights; Restrictions.

Except as expressly granted in Section 1, SoundShop retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Website and the Products, including all preset files, audio demos, written materials, branding, graphics, logos, and related content.

All intellectual property rights are reserved.

(b) Restrictions.

You SHALL NOT:

(i) Share, distribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any Product to any third party;

(ii) Upload any Product to file-sharing services, public cloud storage, or peer-to-peer networks;

(iii) Incorporate any Product into any competing preset pack, digital product, or commercial offering;

(iv) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative products based on the Products;

(v) Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding contained within the Products.

3. Third-Party Brands, Artists, and Song References.

The Website and certain Product descriptions may reference third-party brand names, manufacturers, artists, bands, or song titles (collectively, “Third-Party Marks”).

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Due to the digital nature of the Products and immediate access upon purchase, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE unless otherwise required by law.
