How to load presets in Ableton Live
Back up first, then load your SoundShop presets in Ableton Live with the steps below.

UPDATE ABLETON LIVE
Log in to your Ableton account and download the latest Live, or let Live install its automatic updates. Racks saved in a newer Live will not open in an older one. Our racks use Glue Compressor, so you need Live Standard or Suite, not Intro.

BACK UP YOUR USER LIBRARY
In Live's browser, right-click User Library and choose Show in Finder (Mac) or Show in Explorer (Windows). Copy that folder somewhere safe.

LOAD THE RACKS
Open Presets in that folder and copy in the 1 - Presets folder from your download. It appears under User Library. Put your piano or synth on a MIDI track and drag the rack ending in FX after it. The other rack has no instrument inside, so drop your piano or synth into it right after Scale.

TEST OUT YOUR NEW PRESETS
You are good to go! Play through the sounds and see what inspires you. Don't forget to tag the artist on social media if you share something. They would love to hear how you are using their presets.
Troubleshooting
Pro Keys needs the plug-ins listed in your product manual. Waves runs in Live as VST3 only, so if one will not load, add the VST3 version and drag our .xps preset onto it.
Pro Keys racks use Mac Audio Unit plug-ins, so on Windows those plug-ins will not load.
