How to load presets on the IK Multimedia TONEX
Back up first, then load your SoundShop presets on the IK Multimedia TONEX with the steps below.

GET TONEX AND TONEX EDITOR
TONEX Editor is IK's free app for loading your TONEX pedal. Download the free IK Product Manager, log in, and register your pedal with its serial number. Install TONEX from the Product Manager and tick TONEX Editor during the install. Keep your pedal on the latest firmware from the Editor's Setup menu.
Add paragraph text. Click “Edit Text” to update the font, size and more. To change and reuse text themes, go to Site Styles.
CONNECT AND BACK UP
Connect your pedal to your computer with a USB cable and open TONEX Editor. Click the gear icon next to your device and choose Export Library. This saves everything on your pedal as one .txl file you can restore later with Import Library.

LOAD YOUR PRESETS
Unzip your download. Skip any __MACOSX folder and any file starting with ._ because those are Mac leftovers. Open the TONEX app and drag the .txp files from the Presets folder into the preset browser. Then open TONEX Editor and click Librarian. Your new presets are in the software library on the right. Drag each one onto a slot in the hardware library on the left. The preset already in that slot is replaced, so pick one you do not need.

TEST OUT YOUR NEW PRESETS
You are good to go! Play through the sounds and see what inspires you. If you share something, tag the artist on social media. They would love to hear how you are using their captures.
