How to load presets on the Neural DSP Quad Cortex
Back up first, then load your SoundShop presets on the Neural DSP Quad Cortex with the steps below.

SET UP CORTEX CLOUD
Your presets are not a file download. They arrive in your Cortex Cloud account, which needs a free Neural DSP account (create one below). Use the free Cortex Cloud app or cloud.neuraldsp.com. On the Quad Cortex, tap ••• at the top-right of The Grid, open Settings, join Wi-Fi in Connection and sign in under My Account.

FOLLOW THESOUNDSHOPCO
Cortex Cloud only shares between accounts that follow each other. Open our profile below and tap Follow, or search thesoundshopco in the app.

GIVE US YOUR USERNAME
At checkout, type your Cortex Cloud username exactly as it shows on your profile, not your email. Typo? Reply to your order email. Your presets arrive in under an hour, usually faster. Followed us before buying? Under 5 minutes, usually 2 to 3. We email you the moment they land.

DOWNLOAD FROM SHARED WITH ME
At cloud.neuraldsp.com, click your profile picture, My Profile, then Presets under Shared With Me. Click your preset, then Download. Its Neural Captures come along. In the app: profile icon, Shared with me, Presets, your preset, download icon.

SAVE IT ON YOUR QUAD CORTEX
Downloads land in the unit's Downloads folder. Tap the preset name at the top of The Grid, tap the Directory's upper-left corner, choose Presets, then Downloads. Tap your preset, then ••• and Save as… into an empty slot. Never Overwrite. In Cortex Control: Directory, Presets, Downloads, Save to Setlist.

Your product manual shows each preset's Scene or Stomp setup.
Troubleshooting
Safety net: Cortex Control makes local backups of your Quad Cortex on your computer.
