How to load presets in Spectrasonics Omnisphere 2
Back up first, then load your SoundShop presets in Spectrasonics Omnisphere 2 with the steps below.

UPDATE OMNISPHERE 2
Open Omnisphere and click the Spectrasonics logo in the upper right corner to see the splash screen. If it says Updates are available!, click GET UPDATES, log in, close your DAW, and run the installer inside the Spectrasonics Updater folder.

FIND STEAM AND BACK UP
On a Mac, open Finder, choose Go > Go to Folder, type ~/Library and open Application Support > Spectrasonics > STEAM. On Windows it lives in C:\ProgramData\Spectrasonics, a hidden folder, so turn on Show Hidden Files and Folders first. Copy STEAM > Omnisphere > Settings Library > Patches > User to another drive.

ADD THE PATCHES
Copy the artist's whole patch folder (not the loose .prt_omn files) from the Presets folder of your download into STEAM/Omnisphere/Settings Library/Patches/User. In Omnisphere, click the circular Refresh arrow at the bottom of the Patch browser. Open the Directory menu, point to User Directories, and choose User. The artist's folder shows up as a category.

TEST OUT YOUR NEW PRESETS
You are good to go! Play through the sounds and see what inspires you. Don't forget to tag the artist on social media if you share something. They would love to hear how you are using their presets.
