Additionally, you will also find that several sounds are not specifically centered around being a reverb, and in many cases, you can toggle the reverb on/off with the hold modifier. Having the ability to be more than just a reverb is one of the many things I love about the MX. In most cases, I don’t want a huge outer space reverb sound on top of my guitar, so the ability to use it as a compressor, vibrato, EQ, lo-fi machine, or anything else is really what makes this pedal so great for me.
